Website information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a diagnosis that a device is infected. This website does not automatically scan a visitor’s device.

Service authorisation

The scope, applicable charges and material terms of any service should be explained before work begins. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to request assistance for the relevant device and data.

Customer responsibilities

You should maintain current backups, use legally licensed software and avoid sharing passwords or one-time codes. You must not use services for unlawful access, surveillance or other prohibited activity.
